Usually an Outlook contact contains all contact details, including name, job title, company name, phone and fax numbers, email address, skype name, etc. But most of the time we use Outlook Contacts for getting email address. Email Address is the most important field which we ever used to sand emails etc. Unfortunately, MS Outlook doesn’t provide any option to create a separate list of all email address even than we can’t manage them alphabetically. It usually not a big issue but it takes so much time when we need them.

Can we create email address list? Generally it is not possible without using any tool. You can try copy email address from Outlook contacts if we have few numbers of contacts and create a list manually. However it would be very tedious and time consuming in the case of more contacts.
