CDL Delivery & Warehouse Associate (Direct Hire)
Bloomington, IL
$18–$22 per hour | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a well-established Bloomington company to hire a CDL Delivery & Warehouse Associate for a direct-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of driving and hands-on warehouse work in a steady, weekday schedule.
What You’ll Do:

Load and unload materials from delivery trucks safely and efficiently

Utilize proper body mechanics and equipment, including forklifts
-
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders ranging from small boxes to full pallets
-
Operate delivery vehicles to make local deliveries
-
Accurately handle materials and maintain an organized warehouse environment
What We’re Looking For:

Valid CDL Class C
-
Previous warehouse experience
-
Forklift experience required
-
Ability to climb into and operate delivery vehicles

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation

Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the warehouse

Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and efficiency
