Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused BILINGUAL Customer Service Representative to join our Maintenance Division. This full-time, temp-to-perm role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both internal teams and residents.
Primary Responsibilities:

Answer and manage all incoming calls for the Maintenance Department

Receive and enter all job requests into the computer system

Update job records and maintain accurate status information

Schedule handyman visits and director appointments

Provide radio dispatch support to maintenance staff

Assist the Director of Operations, supervisors, and maintenance employees with daily inquiries

Coordinate with outside vendors as needed

Maintain strong communication with residents, maintenance staff, and vendors
Requirements:

Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette

General knowledge of building maintenance work

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personalities

Proficient computer skills, including data entry, email, and basic office software

Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid Florida Driver License
