Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused BILINGUAL Customer Service Representative to join our Maintenance Division. This full-time, temp-to-perm role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both internal teams and residents.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage all incoming calls for the Maintenance Department

  • Receive and enter all job requests into the computer system

  • Update job records and maintain accurate status information

  • Schedule handyman visits and director appointments

  • Provide radio dispatch support to maintenance staff

  • Assist the Director of Operations, supervisors, and maintenance employees with daily inquiries

  • Coordinate with outside vendors as needed

  • Maintain strong communication with residents, maintenance staff, and vendors


Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette

  • General knowledge of building maintenance work

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personalities

  • Proficient computer skills, including data entry, email, and basic office software

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and manage time effectively

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid Florida Driver License
