We are seeking an experienced Big Excavator Operator to join our team in Bessemer. This is a full-time, first-shift position offering consistent hours and competitive pay based on experience.
Responsibilities:

Operate large excavators safely and efficiently

Perform excavation, loading, and material handling tasks

Read and follow job site plans and instructions

Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs

Work in heavy, dirty, and industrial environments

Assist with physical labor and heavy lifting as needed

Requirements:
